For this honeycomb egg I cut a total of 20 pieces from patterned paper, I picked a pattern with pink on one side and pastel green on the other.
I stamped the decorative image with VersaMark ink and heat embossed each piece with gold embossing powder. I also made sure to ink the edges of the paper and head emboss with gold embossing powder, this takes a bit of time but the finished result is beautiful.
