Organizing Peerless Watercolors

Hi friends, last week I received my order of Peerless Watercolors, I love all the gorgeous colors and shades.  I got them organized in this 6" x 6" mini album I found in my stash.  

I started by creating 6" x 6" watercolor sheets, I created the grid with the color names in Photoshop and printed onto watercolor paper, I kept the colors together in the sets I received them, maybe later on I'll organize them by color family.  I put each watercolor sheet in a sheet protector leaving one sheet protector empty in between.  I cut 1" squares of each color and adhered them to the sheet protector with double sided tape.  Once all the swatches were adhered I painted each color under its name.

The sheet protector in-between each page helps protect the swatches and will also work as a palette to mix colors.  Now I'm ready to play with all this pretty colors.

CHA & Disneyland Photos

Hi everyone, I had some time last night to go over some of the photos I took at CHA and Disneyland and wanted to share some of them with you.  The weather in Anaheim was gorgeous and I had a fantastic time at CHA, the HC team is amazing and so much fun to be around.

I'm Back!!!

Hi everyone, I'm back from taking a couple of weeks to go visit my Mom.  Had a wonderful time and the two weeks just flew by.  I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving in company of all your loved ones.  I want to thank everyone that stopped by my blog, thank you so much for taking the time to visit and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your wonderful comments, I truly appreciate every single one of them.

Inky Impressions

Hi everyone, I wanted to share some fun news with you, I have been invited to join the design team for Inky Impressions and I'm so excited and ready to work with their adorable and super cute images.  Now it's just a matter of waiting for the goodies to be delivered, but as soon as I get them I'm going to get working with them.

Happy Fathers Day

Hope all the Dads out there are having a wonderful day.  This photo is from 2006, Maria was almost 3 years old, love this picture of her and my hubby, the best Dad in the world.  

Happiest Place on Earth!!!

This past weekend we took a drive to our favorite vacation destination, non other than the happiest place on earth, we didn't tell Maria we were going to Disneyland until we drove past the sign, she was jumping up and down in the car,  had a lot of fun as always, weather was perfect, I want to go back already.

My First Publication!!!

I received a very special package in the mail yesterday, I received a copy of the Nov/Dec issue of Scrapbooking m.m. this is a beautiful Swedish magazine and in it is my very first published project!!!!  They published my 3D Christmas Ornaments that I created for Heartfelt Creations, this magazine is loaded with gorgeous projects, cards, and layouts created by amazing and talented scrappers.
