Good morning everyone, it's time for Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps July Sketch Challenge, make sure to play along for a chance to win a Clear Stamp set and coordinating die of your choice, just visit the PPRS Blog and link your creation for a chance to win, the July challenge closes July 31st. Now for my card, I used the scalloped circle die to cut the pretty white lacy circles from watercolor paper, the images I created with stamps from the "Spring Scalloped Circles" clear stamp set, I colored the stamp with Marvy LePlume markers, stamped and blended the color slightly with a brush and water to give it the watercolor effect, very fun technique.
For these flowers I used the stamps and coordinating dies from the "Clearly Beautiful Flowers" clear stamp set, paired with several different punched leaves. I used embossing tools to shape the flowers and leaves to give them dimension. Here is a closeup of the stamped vases, I added a touch of sparkle to the flowers with a Sakura Stardust pen, I wish it just showed up better on the photo.
Thank you for stopping by and hope you play along, have a great day.
