Birthday Cupcake

Hi everyone, here is a sparkly image for you.  All the patterned papers are from Heartfelt Creations, these are from the Delicate Asters collection.  The cupcake is a black outline sticker, I covered a piece of white cardstock with double sided adhesive tape, adhered the outline sticker and covered with micro fine glitter.

I used Spectrum Noir markers to color over the glitter, cut the image with scissors and adhered with pop dots.

Elegant Flowerpot Card

Hi everyone, I have been having some fun creating with the beautiful new products from Heartfelt Creations.  Here is my project today, lots of flowers, pretty layers and sparkle.

And here is the sentiment that slides inside the flowerpot.

Inks:  Ranger Archival Ink (Jet Black)

Paper:  Bazzill Cardstock (Brown)

Accessories:  Ribbon, Lace, Want2Scrap adhesive pearls and pearl swirls (Le Creme) 

Instructions:

Size:  6" x 6 1/2"

Flower Pot:

Cut 2 large flowerpots from brown cardstock, adhere alongside 3 sides leaving the top open to make a little pocket, ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint.  Cut 1 small flowerpot from patterned paper, ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint and adhere to brown flowerpot.  Cut 2 pieces with the decorative scalloped die from coordinating patterned paper, ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint and adhere as pictured.  Add lace, ribbon, bow, and pearl swirl.  

Insert:  

Cut 1 small flowerpot from brown cardstock, ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint.  Take small die and trace the inner shape on patterned paper, cut with scissors and ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint.  Cut a sentiment block from the sentiments sheet, ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint.  Cut and emboss a Decorative Lattice Swirl from brown cardstock, ink embossed areas with walnut brown 3D paint.  Stamp swirly leaves on green patterned paper and cut with die from "Decorative Flower Pot" set, ink edges with walnut brown 3D paint, shape with paper blossoms tool kit.  Stamp several flowers in several sizes from "Tattered Blossoms" set on light colored patterned paper, cut with coordinating dies, shade with Carmine Red and walnut brown 3D stamp paint, shape them for dimension.  Adhere everything as pictured.  Add pearls to center of flowers.

Songbird Card Class

Hi everyone, today I have the third card I taught at "The Great Yosemite Stamp Escape".  The patterned papers, stamps, and dies are from Heartfelt Creations.  

Here is a closeup of the flowers, all were stamped on cream cardstock with black ink and shaded with diestress inks.

The bird image I colored with Prismacolor color pencils and OMS and shaded the edges with distress ink.

Door to My Heart Card Class

Hi there everyone, today I have another card I taught at a class for The Great Yosemite Stamp Escape event.  The paper, stamps, and dies are all from Heartfelt Creations.  

I created a pocket behind the image for a special sentiment or note.

For the roses and flowers I stamped the images on patterned paper, inked the edges with distress ink and shaped.

I added some stickles to the edges of the petals for a touch of sparkle.

For my project featuring this beautiful new collection I have made a card, I used the basket from the "Sun Kissed Tags & Basket" set, I stamped the image on cryogen white cardstock from "The Paper Temptress" and colored with Prismacolor color pencils.

For the flower I used gold metallic vellum from "The Paper Temptress", love the shimmer on this paper, I stamped the flowers with black StazOn ink and shaded with color pencils.

Instructions:

Size:  5 1/2" x 7"

Cut blue cardstock panel, cut a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than cardstock, shade edges with stamp paint.  Cut a piece of coordinating patterned paper, shade edges with stamp paint.  Cut 2 lace pieces with "Lace Border" die, adhere to patterned paper as pictured.  Wrap ribbon as pictured, adhere to cardstock.

Stamp flower basket image from "Sun Kissed Tags & Basket" set on Cryogen White cardstock with black ink, color with color pencils, cut with die from Labels Eleven, shade blue with chalk.  Cut 2 gates with die from " Decorative Chateau Gate" die set from cardstock, trim one diecut and adhere together to form frame for stamped image, adhere to stamped image with pop dots, adhere to card with pop dots.  Adhere bow.  Stamp flowers on gold metallic vellum with StazOn black ink, cut with coordinating die, shade petals of flowers with color pencil and OMS, shape slightly, adhere.  Cut 1 swirly leaves with die from "Gift Ensemble" die set from blue cardstock, trim sections and adhere with flowers as pictured.  Add adhesive pearls.

Delicate Asters Card and Class Photos

Hi friends, today I want to share with you some photos and one of the cards from "The Great Yosemite Stamp Escape", the event I taught at a week ago.  The area is so beautiful and the weather was gorgeous.  Here is a view of the lake from the the room where I was teaching.  The whole weekend was so much fun and everyone was so nice and friendly, I had a great time.
