Vintage Mini Album

All of the mini albums I have done to this day have been for gifts, this is the first one I have made for my self. I just love vintage images and I have been getting them from all kinds of different sources, blogs, Flicker groups, purchase, Dover Publications, etc., I have used some of my favorite ones on this mini. The album is a 4"x4" from Jenni Bowlin, I did a lot of stamping, Glimmer Mist, punches, hand made paper flowers, and distressing.

Baby Shower goodies!

Here is a card, favors, and diaper cake I made for my sister-in-law's baby shower the other day.

Altered Book

This is a class I took from Daniela Costa last May, a lot of fun, but I didn't even get close to finishing the project at class, so I have been working on it here and there. I used border punches to add a little extra detail to the edge of the pages, once done with all the punching out, I glued down the pages and painted them with metallic acrylic paints, added some photos of my Mom and my self when I was little, and also of Maria, embellished with a lot of stamping and some diecuts from my Cricut, added pockets and tags to several pages and now it's finally done and I'm pretty happy with the final product.

Valentine's Day Cards

I got my Valentine's Day cards for Maria and my Hubby all done. On this one I used this super cute idea from Laura at Following the Paper Trail, she used an envelope to create multiple pockets, you can see her video tutorial here. I just thought this would make a great card for my little one.


This one is for my Hubby used the Cricut to cut out the word LOVE on the red paper, adhered it to the card with pop dots to give it more dimension.

ATC Mini album

This is my second ATC mini album I made for my ATC cards, I just love making this little albums, I got the idea for them from this post on Two Peas, they are very easy to make and fun. For this one I took a piece of metal and embossed it with an embossing folder and my Cuttlebug, then I hand made all the little flowers with some ribbons I found in my stash.

Relay For Life Mini Album

This is an 8"x8" mini album I'm donating to the "Relay For Life" team from Maria's school, I believe they will be selling tickets to raffle it off to one lucky winner, I will post all the details as soon as I get them. I don't get to make a lot of mini albums so this was different and lots of fun.

My little Scrapbooker!

Maria wanted to make her very own mini album the other day, I cut 2 pieces of chipboard and pattered paper 6"x6" and she had a ball, she embellished it with other papers and drew on them. Can you tell she is the daughter of a crafter!!!

I got a chance to play a bit with one of my Christmas presents, a 5omm lens, which I absolutely LOVE. You are probably wondering why a picture of Angel and not Maria, well, lately it's been kind of hard to take photos of my little princess, she just will not cooperate with me, she won't sit still for one second. :o/
