Precious Memories

Welcome to my Heartfelt Creations Wednesday, hope everyone is having a good week so far, been pretty busy here with the yearbook for Maria's school and DT deadlines, not to mention everyday stuff.  Today I have a card using lots of gorgeous product from the one and only Heartfelt Creations, I got to say, I love their product and every release they just keep getting better and better.  I used color challenge #19 from CR84FN but didn't get the card done before the challenge closed.  I love this flowers from HFC, this is the "Flora Grande" set and these stamps coordinate with the Spellbinders Blossom Three dies.  As a final touch I added some adhesive pearls from Want2Scrap, I thought they were just the perfect touch.  Thank you so much for stopping by and make sure to swing by the Heartfelt Creations' Blog so you can see all the gorgeous creations the rest of the design team has put together.

Challenge: Color combo #19 www.cr84fncolorchallenge.blogspot.com

Instructions:
Size 6" x 6"
Cut a piece of dark blue cardstock and paint the edge with the silver paint pen.  Cut a piece of blue patterned paper, punch top and bottom border, emboss the decorative corners using the die from the "Decorative Butterbly-Border" die set, ink edges with blue iris ink.  Cut a fancy shape (I used the Cricut for mine) from gray and dark blue cardstock, stamp sentiment on gray cardstock, ink edges and apply silver paint with paint pen, adhere with pop dots.  Stamp and cut with coordinating die 3 of the smallest flower from "Flora Grande 2" on blue cardstock, shade as desired with prussian blue ink, paint edges with silver paint pen, cut each petal to the center of flower and shape with an embossing tool, follow the same steps for the 4 small flowers from "Grande Flora 1" set.  Stamp and cut 5 distressed small leaves on gray cardstock, slightly shade with prussian blue ink.  Diecut 1 swirl from "Decorative Dutch Iris" die set from gray cardstock, apply embossing ink all over and heat emboss with silver embossing powder, I cut my swirl apart for a better placement.  Adhere everything as pictured, add some adhesive pearls as your final touch.
