Hi friends, I created this card for Annette's Everyday Elements monthly challenge, and for the month of September the challenge is #electropopofneon, hence a fun birthday card with lots of colorful neon colors.
I used a couple of die sets from Annette's collection as well as a small die from one of my floral sets all from Elizabeth Craft Designs. This was lots of fun to create!
