Here is my card I made with this beautiful Christmas collection.  I used one of the card panels and cut out the image into 3 pieces which I matted with cardstock and adhered with pop dots for dimension.
I used the die from the "Ornamental Add On Die" set for the corner die cuts.  I also added some glitter to the edge of each panel and the border around the image.  The sentiment is from the "Holly Berry" set, this was stamped with black ink.

Supplies:
Heartfelt Creations

Inks:  Ranger Archival Ink (Jet Black), Distress ink (stormy sky)
Paper:  Bazzill Cardkstock (Light Blue)
Accessories:  Stickles (Diamond), May Arts silk ribbon (Taupe), pop dots

Instructions:
Size:  6" x 6"
Cut a card block from the patterned paper, for this card I used a 6" x 6" image.  With a craft knife or paper trimer cut the image into 3 layers, ink edges with stormy sky distress ink, mat the 2 center frames with blue cardstock.  Wrap silk ribbon around brown frame and adhere to card base.  With decorative die from "Ornamental Add On" die set cut 4 shapes and adhere to corners of second frame as pictured.  Stamp sentiment from "Holly Berry" set on the image layer with black ink.  Adhere the 2 layers with pop dots for dimension.  Add bow, add Stickles to the edges of each frame and the star on the image.
