Burst of Splendor Collection from Heartfelt Creations

We are pleased to present the Burst of Splendor Collection from Heartfelt Creations.
The Classic Leaf die is the perfect botanical addition for every project you create. The Open, Classic and Bold Leaf stamps create depth and variety to your crafty projects. Pick up the Dahlia Cluster, Dahlia Bouquet and Blooming Dahlia stamps to create a stunning floral masterpiece. These background, accent and corner stamps will add a delightful classic touch to every project you create. The Burst of Splendor paper pack is loaded with saturated greens and purples and sprinkled with colorful dahlias and clusters of wildflowers. White and orange dahlias pop out from purple border, bouquet adorned pages. Olive green eggshell patterns, ornate octogans, and wildflower-laden iron gates are splashed with saturated beiges and roasted browns. Brightly colored tags and journaling blocks complement the climbing ivies and plum hues. This paper pack will make your project even more eye-catching.

Leave a comment on the Heartfelt Creations blog by July 16th to be eligible to win the entire collection valued at $150.00

Here is my card today, I created a center step card featuring this beautiful image from the "Dahlia Cluster" set.  For the background I used the patterned paper from the "Burst of Splendor" paper collection.
I stamped the image on white cardstock, colored with Prismacolor Color pencils and cut with scissors.  I then adhered with pop dots for dimension.
For the side panels I used the "Open Leaf" set and flowers from "Sun Kissed Fleur".
Thank you so much for stopping by today, make sure to visit the HC Blog for tons of beautiful inspiration.

Supplies:
Heartfelt Creations

Inks:  Ranger Archival Ink (Jet Black), Distress ink (forest moss), ColorBox Fluid Chalk (Warm Violet)
Image Colored With:  Prismacolor Color Pencils (Kelly Green, Prussian Green, Cool Grey 90%, Greyed Lavender, Dark Purple, Black Grape), OMS, Marvy LePlumeII (Black)
Paper:  Bazzill Cardstock (light brown), Crafter's Companion 80lb. Ultra Smooth white cardstock, Cardstock (White)
Accessories:  Scor-Pal, Spectrum Noir marker (LV3), Recollections adhesive rhinestone swirls (Clear), Adhesive rhinestones (light purple), pop dots

Instructions:
Size:  7" x 6"
Make step card base from light brown cardstock, here is a good tutorial on it, my size is a bit bigger, cut four panels from patterned paper, ink edges with distress ink.  On center panel stamp sentiment from "Botanical Window" set with black ink, adhere panels to cardstock.  Stamp flower cluster from "Dahlia Cluster" set on white cardstock with black ink, color with color pencils, cut with scissors, adhere to center panel with pop dots.  Stamp four leaf clusters in two different sizes on green patterned paper with black ink, cut with coordinating dies, shade with forest moss distress ink, shape, adhere as pictured.  Stamp flowers with "Sun Kissed Fleur" set on white cardstock with black ink, cut with coordinating dies, shade petals with warm violet chalk ink, shape flowers.  Add rhinestones to center of flowers and corners of front panel.  Since I didn't have the right shade purple on the rhinestone swirls, I took a clear swirl and colored with LV3 Spectrum Noir alcohol marker.
