Bloom On with PPRS

Hi everyone, hope everyone had a great weekend.  Today I want to share a card I made with this adorable stamp from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps.  Her name is "Tulip Fairy" and it's one of their new red rubber images released a couple of weeks ago.  For the card base I used Spellbinders' "Labels Eight" and layered the green floral tag from K & Co.
I stamped the image on white cardstock and colored with Prismacolor pencils and OMS, cut out with scissors and adhered with pop dots, also aded Stickles to some of the areas of the dress and little hat.
As a final touch I added a few Prima Flowers and the swirl diecut.  Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day.

Angelica
