It's Monday and I'm ready for another busy week, It's a good thing we had a very quite weekend around the house. Today I have a card I created with this beautiful stamp from "Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps", the image is called "JacoBean Heart 2", I stamped the image on patterned paper and then adhered it to chipboard squares, I really like the dimension the chipboard adds to the card.
Supplies:Stamps; Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps (JacoBean Heart 2)
Inks; Embossing Ink
Paper; MME patterned paper
Other; Bazzill 2" x 2" chipboard squares, Martha Stewart border punches, Accent Acrylic Paint (Light Roseberry), Stampin' Emboss Powder (Burgundy), Diamond Glaze, ribbon.
Instructions:
Cut a piece of pink patterned paper, adhere to card base and punch border with border punch. Cut a piece of burgundy patterned paper and punch top and bottom borders. Paint edges of chipboard squares with acrylic paint and let dry. Stamp heart image three times on pink paper with embossing ink and heat emboss with burgundy embossing powder, trim squares and adhere to chipboard squares, distress edges of paper with a piece of sandpaper, adhere everything as pictured. Apply a coat of diamond glaze to the shipboard images for a glossy finish.
