Photo Rosette Ornaments

Every year I make some Christmas ornaments with our family portrait, this year I knew I was going to use the rosette idea when I made some ornaments for my DT work for Heartfelt Creations.  I adhered the photo to a chipboard circle and painted the edge with a gold paint marker, to make the rosette I cut a strip of patterned paper and scored it using the MS scoring board, I then punched the edge with a MS border punch, I also heat embossed the edge with gold ultra thick embossing enamel.  On the back side I added another chipboard circle on which I glued a poinsettia, I used the Cricut machine to cut "2010" from gold metallic cardstock.
Supplies:
Inks; Distress Ink (forest moss), Versamart Watermark ink
Paper; K & Co. (Christmas Cheer), DCWV (The Metallic Stack)
Other; MS Border punch, Marvy circle punch, chipboard, Sizzix Circles #2 die, MM gold mini eyelets, ribbon, Gold Ultra thick embossing enamel, Stickles (Golden Rod), poinsettias, embossing pen, Marvy Metallics Marker (Gold), MS scoring board, Cricut Machine.
