This is a gift I made for my very best friend Velma for her birthday. I made the box out of chipboard, covered it with patterned paper, heat embossed it with clear embossing powder and embellish it. I also made all the cards, they are hand stamped with stamped coordinating envelopes.
My Gelica.........I couldn't have received a more special gift as this. I am in love with my vintage box full of beautiful handstamped cards and envelopes. It's more special to me than anything that you could've bought at a store. I will cherish this forever! Thank you for being such a "special, warm and loving" close friend that you are. Where would I be without you? You are my family.
ReplyDeleteYesterday, being with us at my Mom's meant the world to me. My siblings and I appreciate the photo shoot you did with all of us for Mom. It breaks my heart to know that those will probably be the last pictures we take with her~ where all of us are together. But, with all your help and doing, we were able to come together, after all these years, putting our differences aside and with Mom's request, give her a beautiful portrait of herself and her four children. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you.
